  • Everything you need for an immersive creative experience is included: accommodation for the full three days, all meals (catering for all dietary requirements), access to professional recording facilities, mentorship sessions with platinum-selling songwriters and our A&R executive, marketing guidance, Q&A sessions, and most importantly, direct submission of your songs to major publishing briefs.

  • We keep our groups deliberately small to ensure everyone receives personalised support and meaningful one-on-one time with our industry professionals. This intimate setting also means better networking opportunities and more substantial collaboration.

  • Bring your talent, ambition, and any instruments you prefer to write with. We'll have professional recording facilities on-site, but if you have specific gear you like to use, feel free to bring it along. We'll send you a detailed packing list once your application is accepted.

  • While having skills as a singer or instrumentalist is beneficial, it's not essential. We're looking for strong songwriters and creators—whether you're a topliner, lyricist, producer, or multi-talented writer. Our application form asks about your skills so we can create balanced writing groups.

  • You'll be staying in a beautiful countryside location in West Sussex. The venue provides a peaceful, inspiring environment designed to foster creativity whilst being easily accessible from London. Specific accommodation details will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Simply complete the application form on this page. We'll review your music, experience, and what you're hoping to gain from the retreat. We're looking for committed songwriters at various stages of their careers, so don't be discouraged if you're still building your portfolio—we care about potential and dedication as much as past achievements. We'll be in touch within 7 days to let you know the outcome.

  • We cater for all dietary needs—just let us know your requirements on the application form, and we'll ensure you're well looked after throughout the retreat.

  • Absolutely! The venue is less than an hour from London with excellent transport links, making it accessible for international attendees. Just factor in your travel arrangements when planning.

  • Your songs don't disappear into the void. We'll keep you updated on how your tracks are received by the publishers, provide feedback from the industry professionals, and maintain the connections you've built. The relationships and opportunities from Song Summit continue well beyond the three days.

  • We offer a 48-hour ‘cooling-off’ period, i.e. you will receive a full refund if you notify us of a change of heart within 48-hours of the booking.
