100%. We can centre the whole shoot around a new release — think teaser clips, behind-the-scenes, lyric reels, and performance shots.

Yes, we offer a 48 hour cooling-off period, in case you change your mind on the purchase. However, we can only offer this as long it is prior to the release date. i.e. if the song has already been released, then we will have already launched the campaign and will not be able to offer a refund at that stage. Absolutely, we offer discounted add-ons such as Social Media Marketing, Playlist Pitching and other Live Session packages when combined with our Content Services packages.

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden fees—the price you see is exactly what you'll pay for our comprehensive service. While some artists choose to enhance their content by filming in external studio spaces (which would incur separate venue costs), this is entirely optional and at your discretion. Our team can create stunning content in various environments, including locations you already have access to, ensuring budget flexibility while maintaining professional quality.

Final content is delivered via Google Drive in organised folders, ready for you to post or schedule. But do bring along an External Hard-drive so we can transfer ALL the Raw footage immediately after the shoot!

Ideally 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date — especially during release season or peak summer.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your session. If your booking is made the week of the shoot, the payment needs to be settled a minimum of 24 hours before the shoot.
